Account & access

I can’t sign in.
Use Forgot password. If SSO is required, use your company login. Still stuck? Contact your org admin or support.

I was removed from an organization.
You lose access to that org’s private repositories. Public content may still be visible per policy.

Repositories

Slug already exists.
Slugs are unique per organization (or per user for personal repos). Pick another slug or check existing repositories.

I need to transfer ownership.
Usually an owner can invite another owner or use an in-app transfer flow. If unavailable, ask support.

Git & resources

Git setup failed when creating a repo.
The repository may still exist. Open settings and retry Git configuration, or contact support with the repository ID.

Where is version history?
Open the repository’s versions or history section (labels vary by UI version).

Marketplace

I didn’t receive my purchase.
Check My purchases / Licenses. Confirm payment succeeded. Contact support with order ID.

How do I become a seller?
Complete seller onboarding in the dashboard if the option appears; otherwise your plan may not include selling.

Billing

Where is my invoice?
Billing in the app or email from your payment provider.

How do I cancel?
Use Billing → cancel subscription. Export data first if you need a copy.
