Your account

Your account is your identity in AI Resource Hub: sign-in, profile, and membership in organizations.

Sign-in and session

• Use the email and password (or SSO, if your organization enabled it) shown on your team’s login page.
• If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link (when available).
• Sign out from the app menu or account menu when using a shared computer.

Profile

Depending on your deployment, you may be able to update:

• Display name
• Email (may require re-verification)
• Avatar (if connected to an identity provider)

Changes apply to how your name appears on member lists, marketplace interactions, and audit views (where enabled).

Organizations

Many users belong to one or more organizations:

• Organization repositories are owned by the org; members are invited by admins or owners.
• Billing for the org (if applicable) is usually managed by billing admins or owners.

If you only use personal repositories, you may have a single-user workspace without a separate org UI — the product still uses the same roles inside each repository.

Teams (optional)

Some workspaces use teams to grant access to multiple repositories at once. If you don’t see Teams in the app, your plan or tenant may not expose them.

Leaving or access changes

• Removed from an organization — You lose access to that org’s private repositories; public content may still be visible according to policy.
• Role downgrades — You may lose ability to manage members, billing, or marketplace seller features.
